Add the 2-Year Warranty to your cart for $7.99, and every blanket in that order is covered for 2 years from delivery.

What's covered

If, in normal home use, a seam comes apart or the printed design peels, cracks or flakes off within 2 years of delivery, we'll send you a new blanket for free.

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, such as softening or light fading over time
  • Accidents, burns, cuts, stains or pet damage
  • Damage from not following the care instructions
  • The colors you add with the markers (a dry marker is covered by our free marker replacement)
  • Lost or stolen blankets

How to make a claim

  1. Email info@merry-gifts.com with your order number, a photo of the problem and your shipping address.
  2. We reply within 2 business days, and we may ask for another photo.
  3. Once your claim is approved, we ship your new blanket at no cost. If your design is no longer available, we'll send a similar one.

The details

  • Coverage starts on the day your order is delivered and lasts 2 years.
  • One warranty covers every blanket in the same order. Each blanket can be replaced once.
  • Gave the blanket as a gift? The recipient can make a claim using the buyer's order number.
  • We pay to ship your replacement. Making a claim costs you nothing.
  • The warranty can't be refunded once your order has shipped, unless the order is lost in transit or arrives damaged and we can't replace it.
  • It covers orders delivered to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Your rights under the law

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Customers in Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
